Secretary's Certificate

Latest Audited Financial Statements
CTAP or ACTOO Accreditation

Terms and Conditions
Mode of payment is through a post dated check dated every end of the month during the lease period stated in the contract that is based on the number of calendar days of the specified months.
All post dated checks are given upon signing the lease contract.
The lease period will commence upon the withdrawal of the chassis unit from the NCL depot or at any place designated by NCL.
A Php 100,000 security deposit is to be collected upon signing of the contract. This is refundable upon the termination of the lease agreement.

Repair and Maintenance
Clients are to replace all damaged parts and accessories sustained on the chassis unit during the lease period. Nakamura can perform preventive maintenance at cost to the client.
